Enasha's Story
Many of you who know me know that I used to sell cars or from my time in higher education in the finance department or even helping with student loans. But what most don't know is that I worked for Corporate America for years, changed jobs several times trying to have a schedule that allowed me to be a mom to my two beautiful children. Granted, at most jobs, I loved what I did but hated being overworked and underpaid. The most depressing part for me was when I had to keep missing my kids' events, birthdays, and when they would be at daycare all day. I am talking about them being the first ones to there and the last ones picked up!
BUT I FINALLY FOUND A SOLUTION!
What is crazy is that because I had bad credit at one point, who knew that I would find an opportunity that would change my ENTIRE life for me and my family!
Having had to fix my credit and now having excellent credit, I've been able to help people nationwide achieve their goals of higher credit scores, get into a home, car and I've even been able to help several Realtors reach their goals of getting more families into homes! With an excellent credit score, I was able to go from Section 8 to owning commercial real estate. YALL DON'T HEAR ME!
During the pandemic, I went from Section 8 to owning Commercial Real Estate! I was able to purchase a 6 figure home, and because of excellent credit, I was only asked to put a $700 down payment at closing! That is less than what most people pay for rent! Then, a few months later, I purchased my 1st commercial property and rental property at the same time! And guess what?!?! They never even checked my bank account because my credit score was excellent! I was able to leverage my credit, keep my cash, and use other people's money!
2020 WAS MY YEAR! I am now a successful business owner getting paid my worth plus taxes, capable of making my own schedule, therefore never missing another moment with my children or my husband!
When you work for somebody else, let me tell you, you won't find a perfect schedule unless you are the boss. Your boss won't pay you enough to be his neighbor and what I found was corporate America is the real pyramid scheme.
